Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the Byouty website (the “Site”) and/or booking any service offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site or its services.

Services: Byouty offers a wide range of mobile beauty services, including manicures, pedicures, massages, waxing, eyelash treatments, etc. These services are provided by qualified and vetted professionals (“Therapists”).

• Byouty ensures that all Therapists are licensed and adhere to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. However, Byouty is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the services provided.

Bookings:

• Bookings can be made through various methods listed on the website. Users must wait for booking confirmation, which will be sent to the contact method provided by them.
• It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

Payments:

• Payments for booked services must be made through available payment systems, including Fresha or other payment gateways that will be provided through direct contact.
• If additional services are added during the appointment or extra time is requested, a Monzo link will be sent for payment of the additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

• If canceled within 48 hours of the booking, the full amount will be refunded.
• If canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the entire amount paid will be forfeited.
• If canceled within 48 hours of the appointment, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• If canceled but rebooked for another day within 48 hours, no fee will be applied.
• In the event that Byouty must cancel (e.g., the freelancer is ill), we will try to arrange another appointment with another team member. If not possible, the full amount will be refunded.

Liability:

Byouty is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the Therapists. Users are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the services.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Byouty harmless from any claim or damage arising from the use of the services.

Intellectual Property All content on the site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Byouty or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Changes to the Terms Byouty reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site and will become effective from the date of publication.

Applicable Law These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law.

Compliance with Local Laws Byouty operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction in which it is registered, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, specific beauty industry regulations, and data protection and privacy laws.

Access and Use by Minors The Byouty site and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors without parental or legal guardian consent.
